Horse stance test in your browser

How long can you hold the horse stance?

The Horse Stance (Ma Bu) is the first stance Shifu teaches you: feet wide apart, sit low as if on a horse, upper body upright. It makes your legs strong and your stance calm. Shifu times how long you hold it cleanly.

  • Stand your phone or laptop up, about hip height, camera facing you.
  • 2 to 3 metres away, so your whole body is in the picture, head to toe.
  • Good light from the front or side, not right behind you.
